Liability

Yoga and movement involve physical activity and may carry a risk of injury. I take responsibility for my health and wellbeing during all sessions and release the instructor from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation. I agree to share any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations before practice. Private sessions are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and I understand that the instructor is not a medical professional.

For in-person sessions, I understand that hands-on adjustments may be used and I accept responsibility for any risks associated with receiving physical guidance. I also acknowledge that sessions take place in my own home environment, and I assume responsibility for the safety and condition of that space.

For online sessions, I am responsible for a safe practice space, functional equipment, and a stable internet connection. The instructor is not liable for technical issues on my side.

These terms apply to all private sessions, group classes, workshops, series and in-person or online offerings.

Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or more. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, are charged in full.

For in-person sessions paid in cash, late-cancel or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

Packages

Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the original client. Packages are valid for four months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.

Any session canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours is counted as used (“punched”) and deducted from the package.

Packages may include private sessions, group classes, workshops, or seasonal series as specified at the time of purchase.

Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings from the date they are revised.
