Spring 2026 — A Seasonal Series
Tuesdays at 6pm Paris (12pm Eastern)
April 28 - May 19, 2026
In seasonal theory, spring corresponds to the element of Wood: the shift from containment into expression. After the pause of winter, spring asks us to re-engage without rushing ahead.
Spring can feel energising and destabilising. It brings growth, but it can be erratic, with pressure to act before we really know what’s right. Spring is when we set direction, correct course, and establish our orientation for what follows.
This four-week Spring Series continues our seasonal work together, focusing on how to be inside the season as it unfolds. We’ll explore spring through physical practice, breath work, and seasonal frameworks, drawing on culture, literature, myth, and metaphor.
This series includes:
Weekly spring group practice + breath work (Tuesdays 6pm Paris)
Weekly “common room” conversations (following practice every Tuesday)
Spring workshop (date TBC)
One online private session
A seasonal home practice recipe
Reading, prompts and email support throughout
A small group to support participation and individual attention
Common rooms are communal, like sitting around after class to ask questions, swap ideas and share observations. Come for a few minutes or the whole hour.
The spring workshop is our broader seasonal map: the myths and metaphors of spring, and how to tune yourself more imaginatively to the season.
One online private session is included and scheduled during the month. This is for personal practice, clarifying theory, or refining your teaching.
We’ll stay connected throughout the month through practice, conversation, reading, and correspondence.
