Summer 2026 — A Seasonal Series
Tuesdays at 6pm Paris (12pm Eastern)
July 7 - July 28, 2026
In seasonal theory, summer corresponds to the element of Fire: visible, available and expressive. After the orientation of spring, summer asks us to move out into the world.
Summer can feel abundant and exposed. It gives us contact with others, with our desires, and with what is working and what isn’t. Relationships, creativity, joy and exhaustion are illuminated and revealed by summer’s fiery nature. Summer demands our generosity and boundaries in equal measure.
This four-week Summer Series continues our seasonal work together, focusing on how to be inside the season as it unfolds. We’ll explore summer through physical practice, breath work, and seasonal frameworks, drawing on culture, literature, myth, and metaphor.
This series includes:
Weekly summer group practice + breath work (Tuesdays 6pm Paris)
Weekly “common room” conversations (following practice every Tuesday)
Common room questions
Summer workshop (date TBC)
One online private session
A seasonal home practice card
Reading, prompts and mid-week check-ins throughout
A small group to support participation and individual attention
Common rooms are communal, like sitting around after class to ask questions, swap ideas and share observations. Come for a few minutes or the whole hour.
The summer workshop is our broader seasonal map: the myths and metaphors of summer, and how to tune yourself more imaginatively to the season.
One online private session is included and scheduled during the month. This is for personal practice, clarifying theory, or refining your teaching.
We’ll stay connected throughout the month through practice, conversation, reading, and correspondence.
